About me

Hi, I’m Lauren - the owner of Retreat 19.

My passion is in all things skin, lash lifts and brow treatments. I love giving guidance to my clients and helping you achieve the best results.

I have a cockapoo called Trav, who is very chilled but also loves going on adventures.

I love spending quality time with friends and family outside of work and going on days out. I would love to travel the world and see different cultures and way of life.

I enjoy meeting new people, having a good chat and boosting your confidence. My aim is for everyone to leave my room feeling happy with the treatment outcome and overall service.

Qualifications

My qualifications

  • I am qualified in Level 2 beauty therapy and Level 3 Advanced beauty therapy. I am also a fully qualified and insured nail technician.
  • I have completed a diploma in Microdermabrasion, Hydrofacial and accreditation in Lava Shells.
  • I have previously worked at Tips To Toes By Diane and worked there for 4 years, completing an apprenticeship.
  • I have been in business since December 2023 and love finding my way through the beauty industry.
