Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings require a 25% non-refundable prepayment to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

Bookings are automatically confirmed once payment is received. Please ensure you can attend before booking.

Payment for the remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Your 25% deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

You will receive a reminder of your appointment, 2 days prior.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours notice) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

If you fail to pay cancellation fees, you will be unable to make future bookings until payment is received.

3. Health and Safety Requirements

Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. Contact us to reschedule or do so via my website, if you made your booking online.

Children may only accompany you if they are old enough to sit quietly and occupy themselves during your treatment.

Some treatments require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. We will notify you if this applies to your booking.

4. Client Conduct and Expectations

We expect all clients to be respectful of our business, policies, and staff at all times.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms.

5. Refunds and Complaints

We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you have concerns about your treatment, please discuss them with us immediately.

Any issues should be raised within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address them appropriately.

6. Data Protection

Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes and managing your appointments.

We will not share your data with third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

7. General Terms

By booking an appointment with Retreat 19, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms will always be available during the booking process.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
